PART I – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Description

The App provides image editing and creative visual effects features. Some features are free, while certain advanced features require in-app purchase or subscription.

2. Eligibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into agreements.
• The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged through your App Store account.
• Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed in your store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, visual technologies, and design elements belong to AiPic or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Service Availability

The App is not offered to users located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA). The App is not marketed or directed toward users in those regions.

PART II – PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

• Photos uploaded for processing
• Email address if you contact support

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Usage time
• Crash logs
• Basic device identifiers (if required for analytics or ads)

This information is used to improve performance and service stability.

2. Image Processing & Facial Effects

When you use certain visual features, the App may analyze elements within your uploaded photo to generate the selected effect.

• Processing occurs only after you choose a feature.
• Data is used solely to generate the requested result.
• Processed image data is not retained after completion.
• No long-term storage of processed facial elements occurs.
• Data is not used to identify individuals.
• Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Any temporary processing required to render effects is automatically cleared after completion or when the App session ends.

3. No Identity Recognition

The App does not perform identity recognition or verification and does not create identity profiles.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use services provided by companies such as Google for analytics or advertising tools. These services may process limited technical information necessary to operate their tools. We do not sell personal information.

5. Advertising & Tracking

The App does not track users across other companies’ apps for identity purposes. If future updates include personalized advertising features, permission will be requested in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

6. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos are processed temporarily.
• Processing data is deleted after use.
• Diagnostic logs are retained only as long as necessary.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of personal information and disclosure of data categories collected. We do not sell personal information.
